Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for complex web applications.
- Execute functional, regression, workflow, and performance testing and analyze test results.
- Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.
- Support continuous improvement of testing processes through automation, documentation, and modern testing technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

|
Experience
|
7+ years of software testing experience, including 6+ years of test automation, Java, SQL, web application testing, and performance testing.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Java, SQL, Test Automation, Workflow Automation, Performance Testing, AI-Assisted Testing
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Software Quality Assurance, Web Application Testing, SDLC, Regression Testing, Defect Management, Test Strategy
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
|
|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
|
|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

- Experience with test management and issue tracking platforms.
