Description: Job Title:Product Delivery Lead
Location: Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week
Summary:The Product Delivery Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level product initiatives. This role partners closely with Product Owners and senior leadership to ensure strategy, planning, and execution align with business objectives and enterprise roadmaps.
Acting as the voice of the initiative, the Delivery Lead supports organizational readiness, change management, communications, and cross-functional execution to ensure successful adoption and measurable business outcomes. This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery expertise.
Required / Mandatory Skills:- 7+ years of professional experience in product, project, or delivery leadership roles
- Proven experience leading analytics and/or software development initiatives
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product delivery, including planning, execution, and release management
- Ability to manage milestones, forecasts, risks, dependencies, scope, budget, and timelines
- Experience partnering with Product Owners to balance quality, cost, and delivery timelines
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable delivery plans
- Excellent executive communication skills, including presentations, metrics, and governance reporting
- Experience working in complex, matrixed enterprise environments
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Qualification (Preferred):- Business or Technical degree
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira
- Background in organizational change management and driving adoption of new capabilities
- Experience collaborating with executives, senior leaders, and external partners
Key Responsibilities:- Lead execution of product and delivery plans while ensuring team health and successful outcomes
- Drive multiple workstreams, including delivery, organizational readiness, communications, and change management
- Serve as the voice of the customer by translating business needs into delivery priorities
- Ensure effective Agile ceremonies and optimize value flow across multiple teams
- Monitor delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and value realization
- Assess team composition, recommend staffing changes, and support team development
- Communicate progress, metrics, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
- Support adoption and consumption of delivered product capabilities across the organization
