The Product Delivery Lead partners with Product Owners and Leadership to drive endtoend delivery of assigned products. This role ensures product strategy, planning, and execution align with enterprise roadmaps, market needs, and business outcomes. Acting as the voice of the initiative, the Product Delivery Lead supports organizational readiness, change management, communications, and crossfunctional workstreams to deliver enterprisewide initiatives that enable BCBSMN s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the project plan and ensure team health and delivery outcomes.
• Drive workstream execution for enterprise initiatives, including organizational readiness, communications, and change management
• Partner with Product Owners to balance quality, cost, and timelines; define success criteria and product vision
• Serve as the voice of the customer, translating business and customer needs into product priorities
• Manage delivery milestones, forecasts, risks, dependencies, scope, budget, and timelines
• Collaborate with executives, senior leaders, and external partners on strategy, capabilities, and implementation decisions
• Ensure effective Agile ceremonies and optimize value flow across multiple teams
• Assess team composition, recommend staffing changes, and support professional development
• Communicate progress, metrics, risks, and value delivery to stakeholders
• Increase adoption and consumption of delivered product capabilities

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience leading analytics and/or software development initiatives
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills
• Experience with executive communications, presentations, and governance materials
• Ability to translate business strategy into actionable delivery plans
• Strong analytical skills; datadriven decision making
• Adaptability and effectiveness in a complex, highly matrixed environment

• Business or technical degree
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira)
