Job Description
We are seeking an Epic Hospital Billing / Professional Billing Onshore Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Epic HB/PB incident support, enhancement backlog management, and onshore/offshore coordination and a proven ability to ensure high-quality ticket intake, triage, assignment, and delivery within Epic revenue cycle workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Manage non P1 and non P2 incident support for Epic Hospital Billing and Professional Billing workflows
- Oversee and prioritize the HB/PB enhancement backlog, including intake, sizing, assignment, and delivery
- Triage incoming tickets, clarify business and technical requirements, and ensure ownership handoff to offshore analysts
- Monitor progress, remove blockers, validate solutions, coordinate testing, and manage ticket closure activities
- Run and facilitate daily handoff calls with the offshore team to review status, priorities, dependencies, and open questions
- Provide mentorship and guidance on Epic build standards, revenue cycle workflows, and troubleshooting approaches
- Ensure consistent communication, documentation, and knowledge transfer across onshore and offshore teams
- Communicate with client stakeholders and end users on ticket status, clarifications, timelines, and risks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years as an Epic Analyst with hands-on support and build experience
- Active Epic Hospital Billing (HB) certification
- Experience across revenue cycle workflows, including charge capture, claims, billing, edits, follow-ups, and reimbursement
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Ability to manage queues, prioritize work, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience as a lead analyst, coordinator, or support manager
- Experience mentoring or onboarding junior Epic analysts
- Active or previously active Epic Professional Billing (PB) certification
- Experience in an onshore/offshore delivery model and support of complex Epic billing environments

Work Schedule & Expectations
- Work hours aligned to PST business hours, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT
- Lead daily offshore handoff calls and provide consistent onshore coverage
