About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced
Program Manager to lead high-visibility, enterprise-wide technology initiatives within our financial services organization. In this role, you will operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, guiding strategy, driving execution, and shaping long-term transformation across complex and cross-functional programs. This assignment requires a strategic thinker with deep technical acumen, executive presence, and a strong background in technology transformation.
What You'll DoLead Enterprise Technology Transformation- Own large-scale, cross-departmental technology programs from planning to delivery.
- Ensure initiatives meet scope, budget, and timeline objectives.
Drive Strategy & Execution- Develop integrated program plans, define goals, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and guide decision-making.
Influence & Communicate at All Levels- Serve as the primary communication channel for executive stakeholders.
- Synthesize complex technical information into actionable insights for C-suite leadership.
Build & Inspire High-Performing Teams- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Mentor team members and enhance program delivery capabilities.
Champion AI-Driven Innovation- Identify and drive opportunities to integrate AI solutions into financial technology environments.
- Support innovation initiatives that enhance efficiency, automation, and customer experience.
What You'll BringRequired Qualifications- 10+ years of program management experience, with a focus on technology transformation in financial services.
- 7+ years of project management experience (or equivalent through consulting, military, training, or education).
- Proven executive presence, with the ability to influence and present to senior leaders, including the C-suite.
- Strong technical background, with knowledge of modern IT infrastructure and software development lifecycles.
- Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience with AI technologies in a financial or enterprise environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with or consulting for a Big Four firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).
- MBA and industry certifications such as PMP or PgMP.
- Experience driving organizational change and managing large, complex portfolios.
