Title - Product Owner

Location - Troy, NY (Onsite Only)

Responsibilities The Product Owner will:

Facilitate requirements gathering, backlog refinement, and stakeholder reviews.
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, system interactions, and integration requirements.
Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items.
Partner with stakeholders and engineering leadership to make product decisions, manage tradeoffs, and balance technical constraints with business and customer value.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, and release priorities to align business objectives, customer needs, and strategic goals.
Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement across systems and processes.
Develop and execute test plans, perform functional QA, and validate requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality product releases.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
Strong ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies.

Preferred

Experience with PBMs, health plans, pharmacy benefit administration, or healthcare technology platforms.
