Job Title: Process Engineer 4 - O2A Process Engineering Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC | Hybrid 3x/week
Contract Length: 6 months (intent to extend/convert to FTE)
Rate: $57-63/hr
Interview Process: 30-minute MS Teams interview
Top Requirements: - 6+ years of process engineering, automation, or workforce analytics experience
- Experience translating observed workflows into SOPs or automation-ready requirements
- Strong delivery execution and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Experience working across technical and business teams
Plusses: - Experience with SKAN.ai, digital twins, or task mining tools
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled environments
- Financial services transformation experience
Job Summary:Delivers hands-on process intelligence across the Observe-to-Agent lifecycle, supporting enterprise automation through deep workflow analysis, digital twin execution, and optimization insights.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - Execute Observe Analyze Optimize Run lifecycle
- Configure observation tools and validate data capture
