COMPENSATION: $60 - $75 HOURLY
Role Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager for a strategic, executive-facing platform that provides leadership with real-time visibility into data center operations. This platform serves as a single source of truth for decision-making and has recently migrated to a new environment with enhanced access controls and data integrations. The Program Manager will coordinate across existing team members and stakeholders without direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the development, execution, and delivery of the product roadmap, ensuring the team delivers on committed milestones across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Data Engineering.
- Lead daily stand-ups to track progress, identify blockers, and ensure team alignment on priorities.
- Manage the product backlog, including open bugs, feature requests, and enhancement items, ensuring consistent progress and prioritization.
- Coordinate weekly status updates to leadership, ensuring dashboard commentary is accurate, timely, and reflects the latest data.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across various technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and timelines.
- Own the change control process, ensuring all dashboard content changes receive appropriate sign-off from leads.
- Track and communicate risks, dependencies, and escalations that could impact delivery or data accuracy.
- Maintain a communications cadence, including stakeholder roadshows and feedback loops.
- Support data governance processes by coordinating with data owners to ensure data maturity improvements.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5-7 years of program management experience is required.
Work Location: This position requires a minimum of 3 days onsite.
