Job Overview: The Hardware Operations Lead will be responsible for ensuring hardware reliability and managing escalations. This role involves leading L1/L2 teams, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs), and mentoring team members. Experience in AI data centers is preferred.
Responsibilities: - Own hardware reliability and manage escalations.
- Lead and mentor L1/L2 teams.
- Develop and implement SOPs and SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide support for break/fix escalations.
Qualifications: - Experience with break/fix escalations.
- Proven ability to build and implement SOPs and SLAs.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Preferred experience in AI data center operations.
- Backgrounds from companies like Amazon (L4 equivalent), Google, Oracle, Tesla (Dojo), or xAI are highly desirable.

Salary Range: $100-150K
