Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as overall PeopleSoft HCM & FSCM Lead, owning platform strategy, roadmap, and delivery governance
  • Lead enterprise-scale implementations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives for PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2
  • Provide functional and technical oversight across Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, and FSCM modules (GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Billing, Cash Management, Budgeting)
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex production issues; drive L3 support, RCA, and permanent fixes
  • Govern PeopleSoft security, roles, permission lists, access reviews, and audit compliance (SOX, HIPAA, regulatory)
  • Leading the Requirements with Business and Translating to Technology /Implementations teams.
  • Working in collaboration with Business Stake Holders, Program, Project management.
  • Working in collaboration with Distributed teams.
  • Lead integration architecture using Integration Broker (REST/SOAP), APIs, vendor and third-party interfaces
  • Partner with HR, Finance, IT leadership, vendors, and enterprise architecture teams
  • Oversee offshore/onshore delivery teams; ensure quality, standards, and SLAs
  • Drive release management, UAT governance, deployment readiness, and change management
  • Ensure documentation, controls, and audit readiness for enterprise compliance

Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM & FSCM experience in enterprise environments
  • Strong Techno-Functional leadership across HR, Payroll, and Financials
  • Deep expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, Oracle SQL
  • Proven experience leading Telecommunications, Banking/Financial Services, or Government systems
  • Hands-on experience with US Payroll processing, controls, and reconciliations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with modernization or cloud-aligned PeopleSoft strategies
  • Strong background in audit, compliance, governance, and regulated environments
  • Preferably experience with Telco, Technology Companies.
  • Prior experience leading large distributed delivery teams
