About the Role
We're looking for someone who's ready to start their IT career with a team that actually wants to develop you. This is an entry-level IT support position where you'll handle 80-100 calls and tickets per week, helping about 500 end-users across multiple locations solve their technology challenges.
Here's what makes this different from other help desk jobs: you'll be working alongside a small team of highly experienced IT professionals (including a CCIE-certified manager) who come from enterprise environments and genuinely want to teach you. You're not being thrown into the deep end alone-we use scripts for troubleshooting, and you'll have a strong safety net as you learn.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing IT support across all areas of technology for our end-users
  • Following established troubleshooting scripts to resolve issues efficiently
  • Managing your ticket queue and staying ready for the next call
  • Working with field teams and on-site users in a blue-collar work environment
  • Learning from experienced team members who are invested in your growth

What We're Looking For

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
