Summary

This is a 2 month contract in Enfield, CT.
Ideal candidate will have experience as a Facilities Operations Analyst. This is very end-user focused to ensure the employees are being supported at this company with various tasks from maintenance repairs to security/safety functions. AV and general tech support experience is a plus.
Description
This dynamic role serves as a key member of the Workplace Experience team while providing day-to-day operational support for Corporate Security and facilities services. The position bridges investigative support with hands-on workplace operations to help ensure a safe, efficient, and positive environment for employees, senior administrators, and visitors.
The role manages typical workplace and Security matters by identifying concerns, gathering pertinent information, and assessing issues in accordance with established procedures It exercises initiative and independent judgment within defined guidelines while working under direct supervision.
This is an on-site role supporting users at the Enfield, CT office.
Workplace Facilities & Operations - 25%
Supports daily workplace operations to ensure workspaces are clean, functional, and aligned with company standards.
Coordinates maintenance, repairs, and preventive services with internal partners and property management.
Manages vendor relationships including janitorial, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, furniture, moving, and shipping/receiving services.
Partners with facility services, engineers, and building management to resolve operational issues.
Event & On-Site Support - 25%
Supports event setup and logistics for meetings, workplace events, and executive engagements.
Provides responsive support to senior administrators, guests, and visitors.
Ensures meeting rooms, collaboration areas, and common spaces remain visitor-ready.
Provides basic AV support for meetings and events.
Employee Experience Support - 25%
Serves as an on-site resource for employees, assisting with workplace inquiries, ergonomic needs, and space utilization.
Partners with Business Continuity, HR, and Security to maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
Identifies opportunities to improve service delivery and workplace efficiency.
Badge Management & Security Support - 25%
Creates and assigns badges to employees and vendors for East Coast and Bermuda offices using the Rhombus system.
Assists with maintaining cameras, access control, and visitor management hardware and software.
Ensures badge printers and related equipment remain operational.
Maintains secure control of badge stock and other security materials.
Supports internal investigations related to policy violations, workplace safety, and security incidents.
Identifies issues and applies standard procedures to assess findings and recommend next steps.
Reporting Structure
Works within established procedures under direct supervision.
Complete assigned tasks and may self-assign routine operational responsibilities as needed.
Exercises initiative and judgment in straightforward situations.
No supervisory responsibilities.

Contact & Collaboration
Works with employees and leadership at all levels of the organization.
Partners with HR, Corporate Security, Legal, and IT teams.
Coordinates with facility services (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), furniture and moving vendors, property management, engineers, and janitorial staff.
Works both independently and collaboratively, receiving guidance as needed.

Working knowledge typically obtained through job-related training and experience.
Experience with managing LHI projects and relocation management.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
Ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction drawings.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Experience coordinating vendors and stakeholders.
Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Ability to work independently within established procedural guidelines.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
