Location: 100% Remote

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT is seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform technologies, CRM customization, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing scalable CRM solutions, supporting customer engagement initiatives, and translating business requirements into technical implementations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, and support Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Build and maintain workflows, automations, and integrations across enterprise systems
  • Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Perform CRM enhancements, troubleshooting, optimization, and deployment support
  • Ensure system scalability, performance, and data integrity across CRM platforms
  • Support marketing automation initiatives and customer engagement workflows
  • Participate in CRM deployment activities and follow development best practices

 

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE
  • Expertise in CRM customization, configuration, and development
  • Experience building marketing automation workflows within Dynamics CRM
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
  • Experience working with CRM entities, workflows, forms, dashboards, business rules, and automation logic
  • Experience integrating CRM systems using APIs, web services, middleware tools, or Azure services
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and platform customization best practices
  • Experience developing plugins/custom workflows using C#, .NET, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes supporting CRM deployments
  • Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with ERP systems or marketing platforms
  • Exposure to customer journey orchestration and campaign analytics tools
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in enterprise or project-based environments
