This role supports multiple systems through maintenance, modification, and problem resolution to ensure the ongoing delivery of services. The Senior Integration Engineer will manage various tasks and projects simultaneously, providing expertise on strategic technical direction and system architecture for new initiatives. This position requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple tasks to fulfill internal and external data channels within established service level agreements.
- Apply technical and functional knowledge to resolve complex technical issues.
- Coordinate activities across various partnering organizations, including enterprise fulfillment teams, business technology groups, application development, and architecture teams.
- Devise and apply best practices and risk mitigation strategies within the area of expertise.
- Support systems through maintenance, modification, and problem resolution.
- Provide input on policy issues and help determine strategic technical direction.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5-7 years of applicable experience is required.
Technical Skills:- Primary Skill: Oracle SQL / PLSQL.
- Secondary Skill: Direct:Connect/NDM.
- Experience with Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling Secure Proxy.
- Experience with file transfer protocols (Connect:Direct, Secure+, FTPS, SFTP, AS2, etc.).
- Knowledge of scripting and automation using RHEL Linux.
Professional Skills:- Strong leadership, people, and communication skills.
- A hands-on approach with involvement in day-to-day technical details.
- Self-motivated with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience multitasking and closing incident tickets in a timely manner.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact and provide support to internal and external customers effectively.
- Strong teamwork skills among team members and business partners.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and takes ownership to accomplish tasks.
- Knowledge of Network Concepts (Firewall, Proxy, Load Balancing) and Monitoring Tools such as Splunk is a plus.
Work Schedule
This is a hybrid role with a mandatory requirement of a minimum of three days per week onsite.
