Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to help develop and execute integrated partner marketing programs, campaigns, and events.

Summary:
This role will support a balanced mix of partner-led initiatives across Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), System Integrators (SIs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), and Distributors/Resellers, driving awareness, pipeline, and adoption of client solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed marketing organization, is highly organized, and can operate independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.

Duties:
* Plan, develop, and execute joint marketing programs, campaigns, and events with ISV, SI, GSI, and Distributor/Reseller partners to drive awareness and demand
* Build and manage partner marketing plans, including timelines, deliverables, budget tracking, and performance metrics
* Coordinate partner events (virtual and in-person), including sponsorships, field events, webinars, and partner-led activities, from concept through post-event reporting
* Collaborate closely with Partner Sales, Alliances, Product Marketing, and broader Marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market priorities
* Develop partner-facing and customer-facing content (e.g., campaign assets, event promotions, emails, landing pages, social copy) in partnership with creative and digital teams
* Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partner marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
* Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery within scope and budget
* Maintain strong partner relationships through clear communication, program enablement, and ongoing coordination

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of marketing experience (or equivalent) with a strong background in B2B marketing
* Proven experience planning and executing partner marketing programs, campaigns, and events, ideally with ISVs, SIs, GSIs, and/or Distributors/Resellers
* Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed marketing organization, collaborating across sales, marketing, product, and operations teams
* Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously and independently
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to partner and internal audiences
* Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a bias for action and follow-through
* Familiarity with common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, webinar tools, event platforms) is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
