Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba CRE / SCC Configuration Consultant to drive the migration of Collins Aerospace s supplier portal and legacy SAP SNC capabilities to SAP Ariba platforms. This role will act as the primary technical and functional expert responsible for translating existing functionalities into SAP Ariba Collaborative Requisitioning Engine (CRE), Supplier Collaboration Center (SCC), and Supplier Business Network (SBN). The selected candidate will own approximately 80% of the portal migration scope and work closely with business stakeholders and integration teams to ensure a seamless and efficient transition from legacy systems to Ariba.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery and gap analysis to map existing supplier portal and SNC capabilities to Ariba CRE/SCC/SBN solutions
• Configure and implement SAP Ariba CRE and SCC using out-of-the-box capabilities with minimal customization
• Drive SNC to Ariba SBN migration, including supplier data migration and business process alignment
• Define and execute supplier onboarding and enablement strategy on Ariba SBN
• Collaborate with SAP BTP teams to define integrations, APIs, and event-driven interfaces
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support legacy system decommissioning (Liferay/SNC) ensuring full functional coverage before cutover
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for post-go-live support

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba implementations
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle deployments involving Ariba SCC or CRE
• Strong expertise in Ariba SCC configuration (order collaboration, ASN, invoicing, supplier self-service)
• Proven experience in SNC to Ariba SBN migration
• Experience with Ariba Network supplier enablement and transaction flows
• Solid understanding of SAP procurement and supply chain master data
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or similar middleware
• Ability to translate custom portal features into standard SaaS solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Collins Aerospace / RTX or similar aerospace/defense environments
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Procurement integration with Ariba
• SAP Ariba certification (Procurement / Supplier Management)
• Experience in Ariba UX / Guided Buying configurations
• Familiarity with EDI standards (cXML, ANSI X12) and supplier connectivity
