Job Title: Experience Research Lead & Producer

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Experience Researcher who thrives in ambiguity and excels at translating high-level strategic "big ideas" into structured, executable plans.
As a Producer, you will drive the seamless execution of generative consumer research, service design, and strategic alignment efforts. You will manage the research intake process, scope complex projects, and mentor the team on methodology while ensuring operational excellence and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Scoping
- Develop partner relationships to identify new research and strategy opportunities.
- Validate and deconstruct incoming requests into clear phases, milestones, and achievable outcomes.
- Own capacity planning, matching incoming work to team specializations to optimize staffing.
Research Oversight & Mentorship
- Provide technical oversight and "healthy challenge" during the synthesis and delivery phases.
- Coach and mentor team members in qualitative methodology, facilitation, workshop theory, and experience mapping.
- Contribute hands-on to research and strategy work during critical project phases as needed.
Operational Excellence & Reporting
- Own and operate team metrics, combining data from multiple sources to report on research volume, impact, and business outcomes.
- Maintain team infrastructure, including process documentation, digital whiteboards (FigJam), and SharePoint sites.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain project velocity and invest in team culture.
Candidate Requirements

- End-to-End Qualitative Research (8+ Years): Expert-level experience in planning, moderating, and analyzing generative qualitative data. Must demonstrate an advanced ability to articulate complex relationships and patterns across data points.
- Project Management & Operations (6+ Years): Strong organizational skills using formal PM methods to keep teams on track and manage complex stakeholder expectations.
- Quantitative Measurement & Metrics (6+ Years): Ability to generate and maintain metrics that reflect research impact, including data cleaning and reporting.
<>Technical Proficiencies>
- MS Office: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and data management.
- Collaboration Tools: Expert knowledge of FigJam/Zoom Whiteboards for synthesis and workshops.
- Web/Data Management: MS SharePoint (site management) and basic familiarity with Maze for reviewing unmoderated tests.
