Job Summary:
In this position We are seeking a Field Technician Level 1 for our Client to provide onsite end-user support and basic IT services within their assigned local region.
Required Skills and Competencies:
• Provide onsite desktop and laptop setup, imaging, and deployment
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Resolve Level 1 tickets including password resets and connectivity issues
• Support printers, mobile devices, and AV equipment
• Perform asset tagging and inventory tracking
• Assist with basic cabling and workstation setup
• Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems
• Provide onsite support across multiple client locations within the local region
Minimum Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of IT support experience
• Experience with Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking
• Experience with ticketing systems and onsite support environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to travel within local metro area (no out-of-state travel required)
