Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (Hybrid)
Employment Type: 12+ Month Contract
Schedule: M-F 8-5. 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Role Overview
The Performance Management Analyst will work closely with PMO and TMO systems, primarily supporting reporting and data-related functions across various business units. The purpose of this position is to coordinate internal teams to regularly gather, analyze, and report agency-wide performance information, leading to changes necessary to drive strategic improvement initiatives. This role acts as a relationship builder across the organization, partnering with teams to guide strategic progress and clarify status.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, maintain, and share reports with multiple stakeholders, including executive leadership and general staff.
- Perform data analysis with a focus on accuracy, insights, and clear communication.
- Support dashboard creation and management for public-facing and internal intranet sites.
- Provide basic project management support, such as creating milestones, generating project reports, and tracking progress metrics.
- Collaborate with both executive teams and clinic staff, presenting data effectively using Microsoft tools.
- Maintain comprehensive, integrated systems for recording quantifiable performance and productivity information.
- Conduct periodic agency-wide and department level surveys to assess business performance and efficiency.
- Participate in the development and ongoing monitoring of the agency strategic plan.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, public health, management, or a related area is required.
Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in performance management or business analysis with required data exposure. Experience supporting projects and operating across diverse teams is ideal.
Technical Skills: Must be comfortable working with data and reporting systems. Proficiency in interpreting, analyzing, and presenting data using the Microsoft Suite is required. Candidates must be able to create and present material in a clear manner, both orally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Tableau and Power BI; at least one year of experience in data visualization tools is preferred.
- Previous government experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of quality improvement, change management principles, and project management approaches.
Compensation & Benefits
The hourly rate for this position is up to $58 an hour W2, based on education and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including a generous benefit allowance to offset the cost of insurance premiums for employees and their eligible dependents.
