Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Engagement Manager to act as the primary point of contact for customer engagements. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving long-term relationships within telecom or technology environments.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams

2. Project Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects
  • Ensure timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met
  • Handle multiple engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer needs
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

4. Process Improvement & Growth

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Support upselling and cross-selling of services

Required Skills

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer engagement or client management roles
  • Experience managing large-scale engagements in telecom or technology environments

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Preferred Skills

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience with CRM platforms and customer success tools
  • Knowledge of telecom industry processes and solutions
