Our client is seeking a Supply Chain PM - Six Sigma in DeKalb, IL

Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven Six Sigma Project Manager to lead high-impact process improvement initiatives within a dynamic operational environment. This role is responsible for driving end to end project execution from scoping through delivery while applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.

Lead and execute process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) principles Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time execution Conduct process analysis, audits, and performance assessments to identify optimization opportunities Drive improvements in logistics, warehouse operations, and material flow Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver measurable results Support implementation and optimization of automation technologies (AGVs, robotics, conveyor systems, WMS)

Skills & Requirements

Proven experience leading Lean Six Sigma / continuous improvement initiatives Strong project management and execution discipline with a track record of delivering results Hands-on experience in automated warehouse or distribution environments Familiarity with AGVs, robotics, conveyor systems, and WMS platforms Solid background in quality, inspection, and operational excellence practices Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Education: Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
