Description
We are looking for a dynamic Software Developer to join our team in Seffner, Florida. This contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, leveraging your technical expertise to design and implement scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, technical proficiency, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes to identify areas for automation and enhancement.
Design, test, and implement software systems, including services, APIs, and scalable architectures.
Modernize and maintain existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
Document system functionalities to support training, testing, and ongoing usage.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs in a timely manner.
Mentor and guide team members to encourage attention to detail and productivity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and maintain a respectful work environment.
Take ownership of software components, ensuring quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and share knowledge with the team.
Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or 10+ years of relevant experience.
Expertise in programming languages and frameworks, including C#, JavaScript, .NET Framework, Vue.js, React, and ASP.NET.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, Agile methodologies, and cloud technologies.
Proven ability to lead teams and influence positive outcomes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with supply chain systems is a plus.
