RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce client is looking for onsite Senior Product Manager in San Francisco, CA. The Digital Product Management team is responsible for conceptualizing, designing and delivering the online customer experience and marketing innovations leading omni-channel business.
Summary:
As Senior Product Manager, you will drive execution and delivery on a high-complexity, enterprise-scale program that touches digital experience, merchandising systems, fulfillment, and vendor integration. The end goal is to elevate the product experience for customers. The complexity lives in the integrations and operations, but the customer experience is the end goal.
The right candidate has experience delivering complex, multi-system programs in an enterprise environment. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity across technical and business domains, you can hold the detail while maintaining line of sight to business outcomes, and you have a track record of driving adoption through thoughtful change management.
Duties/Day to Day Overview:
* Own execution and delivery of assigned workstreams within a large, multi-phase enterprise program; Drive detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria across multiple system domains
* Develop deep domain expertise across the systems and business processes your program touches - including digital experience, item setup, fulfillment, and vendor integration - to make informed product decisions that balance technical feasibility, operational scale, and customer experience
* Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across engineering, architecture, business operations, and external vendor teams. Identify risks early and drive resolution
* Lead change management activities for your workstreams: workflow transition planning, stakeholder communication, training, and adoption tracking
* Partner with business stakeholders across merchandising, site operations, and supply chain to validate requirements, gather feedback, and drive adoption
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or more in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering
* 5+ years product management experience driving delivery of business value through technology solutions, with meaningful experience on complex, multi-system programs.
(must haves)
* Demonstrated experience working across multiple system domains in a single program - e.g., eCommerce, ERP/OMS, PIM, CMS, vendor portals, or fulfillment systems; You don't need to have worked in all of these, but you need to have navigated programs where multiple systems had to move together
* Strong technical aptitude; You can engage meaningfully with engineers and architects on topics like API design, system integrations, data flows, and migration strategies
* Experience with change management for enterprise tools and processes - including user onboarding, training, workflow transition planning, and driving adoption across distributed business teams
* Experience working with business operations users (not just end consumers) and translating their workflows into scalable product solutions
* Proven ability to manage trade-offs and drive decisions in ambiguous, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
* Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence across business, technology, and executive audiences
* Strong analytical abilities; Uses data to back up recommendations, prioritization, and drive actions
* Strong drive towards execution and delivering value; Comfortable operating as a detail-oriented executor who maintains line of sight to strategic outcomes
* Experience working effectively within a program structure under a Lead or Principal Product Manager
* Experience in working with cross-functional teams including offshore engineering partners
* Knowledge of eCommerce, retail industry, or supply chain operations is preferred
