Job Details

Role Overview
As a Litigation Attorney, you will manage a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement, delivering strategic case management and exceptional client service. You'll collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff while advocating relentlessly for injured clients.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload of personal injury litigation matters through settlement
Evaluate case value and develop strategies to maximize client recovery
Draft, review, and negotiate demands and settlements
Maintain proactive, compassionate communication with clients throughout the case lifecycle
Collaborate with supervising attorneys and litigation teams to advance cases
Identify cases requiring escalation and coordinate appropriate litigation transitions
Deliver high-level client service while managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Active Texas Bar license in good standing
2+ years of civil litigation or personal injury experience preferred
Strong negotiation, analytical, and case-evaluation skills
Client-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with urgency and professionalism
Bilingual candidates and/or multi-state licensure are highly valued
