Note: This role is located in Cary, NC and follows a hybrid work model, requiring 2–3 days onsite each week. The position is available to eligible candidates based in the North Carolina, United States only.
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow TSOM Consultant/Architect with strong experience in Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSOM) and ServiceNow ITOM.
The consultant will design and implement telecom service assurance solutions, enabling improved network visibility, event correlation, and proactive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow TSOM solutions for telecom service assurance
- Integrate network, cloud, and infrastructure events into ServiceNow
- Configure service topology and service health views
- Enable AIOps-driven alert correlation and anomaly detection
- Develop automation for incident creation and remediation workflows
- Work closely with NOC, Service Assurance, and IT teams
- Support operational dashboards and reporting
- Participate in solution design and architecture discussions
Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow TSOM

Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Event Management

Experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping

Strong understanding of telecom network operations

Knowledge of CMDB and service topology

Experience handling large-scale event environments
Certifications:-
Required:
- ServiceNow CSA
- ServiceNow CAD
Preferred:
- CIS – ITOM
- TSOM micro-certifications
