Senior Project Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead client-facing technology initiatives. This is Contract to permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and can oversee multiple infrastructure projects at once while maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires a confident leader who can coordinate technical teams, manage delivery expectations, and keep complex workstreams organized from kickoff through completion.

Responsibilities: Direct several concurrent IT and infrastructure engagements, ensuring each project progresses smoothly from planning through final delivery. Partner with technical project managers, engineers, field service personnel, and client contacts to keep tasks aligned and execution on track. Oversee a range of initiatives such as server transition work, operating system refreshes, wireless issue resolution, structured cabling efforts, security and firewall projects, equipment retirement, and office or site moves. Build and maintain detailed timelines, monitor milestones, track budgets, and communicate project health to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Identify delivery risks early, drive mitigation plans, and resolve issues quickly to protect scope, schedule, and client satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear updates, setting expectations, and maintaining a strong executive presence. Adjust quickly to new assignments with varying levels of size, pace, and complexity while preserving high delivery standards. Strengthen collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders to improve accountability, decision-making, and issue resolution. Contribute to better project delivery practices by refining documentation, processes, and reporting standards as business needs evolve.
