StaffRight Associates has been retained by our premier client to identify a high-caliber Senior Full Stack .NET Developer for a mission-critical 6+ month contract-to-hire engagement. Based in Toronto, this hybrid role (T4 employment via our client) is designed for a sophisticated engineer capable of architecting, building, and supporting enterprise-scale, data-driven applications that power essential business operations. We are looking for a hands-on professional who excels in large-scale, multi-stakeholder environments and delivers excellence across the entire application stack.

Professional Scope & Responsibilities

In this capacity, you will serve as a lead technical contributor, ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of applications utilizing .NET 8+ and modern JavaScript frameworks. You will bridge the gap between complex backend services and responsive user interfaces while adhering to stringent enterprise architectural standards.

• Full Stack Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using C# and .NET Core / .NET 8+, ensuring high-performance transactional workflows.

• API & Backend Architecture: Build and support scalable, secure RESTful APIs and backend services that integrate seamlessly with enterprise data teams.

• Front-End Innovation: Develop responsive, modern front-end components using Angular, React, or equivalent TypeScript-based frameworks.

• Database Optimization: Design and refine complex database schemas and queries (SQL Server/Postgres) to ensure maximum reliability and system stability.

• Collaborative Leadership: Actively participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders.

• Operational Excellence: Troubleshoot production systems, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices and development standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of professional full stack development experience within large, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.

• Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and .NET 8+.

• Front-End & Data: Proven expertise in Angular/React, TypeScript, and SQL Server/Postgres, including advanced data modeling and query optimization.

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with the AWS cloud platform, Git-based version control, and Entity Framework (or similar ORMs).

• Engineering Standards: Deep understanding of RESTful API design, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps engineering practices.

• Education & Compliance: Experience supporting applications across multiple business units while maintaining alignment with security and compliance standards.
