Required Qualifications:

· Must have a College Diploma or University Degree in an IT discipline.

· Must have a Certification in Business Analysis issued by IIBA or similar.

· Must have 10+ years experience within the last 12 years in a Business Analysis role.

· Must have 10+ years of experience in the following domains:

o Business Analysis practices and IT trends

o Project and Program Management practices

o Business Analysis Planning

o Strategic Business Analysis / Data Analysis / Solution Design

o Stakeholder Engagement and Strategic Relationship Management

o Business and Technical Feasibility

o Business Development and Performance Measurement

· Must have 2+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.

· Experience with the Federal Government, Crown Corp or other Public Sector is strongly required.

· Bilingual in English and French considered an asset.
