Job Title: SAP PP/QM Senior Consultant

Location: Remote/WFH 

Duration: 6 months+ contract

Description

• Looking for an SAP PP/QM Senior Consultant to join the TechOps team.
• You will be responsible for providing functional support for SAP Plant Maintenance across various regions for our global clients.
• You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize design to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day Application Management support for SAP Applications across IT Service Management including service requests, incident management, enhancement requests, change management and problem management as Level 2 or 3 Application Management Specialist
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs and provide advice on SAP PP/QM solutions and designs.
• Develop and maintain documentation including configuration, user guides and test scripts.
• Handle change requests with a clear understanding of new business requirements including defect resolution and defect analysis related to PM.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and SAP best practices to drive operational efficiency through automation and innovation while participating in on-call rotation and provide off hours support as needed to ensure the availability and reliability of critical SAP systems.

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of experience required in one or more areas within SAP PP/QM, preferably with Global client.
• At least 1 year of implementation experience, including a Bachelor’s degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experience.
• Responsible for providing support SAP PP/QM module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Support incident solving by analyzing incidents raised by users and providing solutions.
• Sound experience in configuring BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, MRP, Production/Process Orders, and Batch Management.
• Good knowledge in setting up inspection plans, inspection lots, sampling schemes, quality certificates, and defect recording/nonconformance management.
• An understanding of establishing pieces of equipment and functional location structure, maintenance BOMs
• Experience in the integration of plant maintenance with material management, quality management and production planning modules with a SAP Certification in SAP PP/QM
