Due to an extensive implementation and additional work requests beyond our normal steady-state volume, our ITSM team needs support to fulfill our day-to-day operations. While our intention is to expand the team in the near future, we need assistance to make an immediate impact to existing backlog work.
This is a part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)/100% Remote/6-month contract Role
Additional details:
- Minimum 3-5 years of ServiceNow ITSM administrator experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred
- Experience with ACLs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, service portal, service catalog, workflow editor, flow designer, and similar build required
- Workspace build/modification experience preferred
Job Description Comments:
- We are looking for a team member that can come in and hit the ground running to handle our backlog of primarily ITSM/ITOM items. We are heavily into our SPM implementation, and support with testing functions or limited build within that module opportunities will also present.
- Primary role will involve Service Catalog build/updates, along with all corresponding records and ITSM workflow fixes/updates. SPM testing for QA and integration to ITSM will be asked as those features are developed. Transition of existing ITSM Workflow Editor builds to modern ServiceNow standards may be examined as time allows.
