Project Manager

Introduction:

Full time contract Project Management position located in Quebec, Canada to lead an SAP Platform Modernization project. This project is estimated to take approximately 2 years. The Project Manager will need to be fluent in English and French. The ideal candidate will have experience in large scale ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA, and possess a strong background in Program Management, governance, and complex deliveries. They should also have expertise in stakeholder engagement, communication, and organizational change. Experience in manufacturing and the automotive industry is a plus, along with knowledge of finance, supply chain, and HR processes. The candidate should have a PMP certification or equivalent, be familiar with Agile Methodologies and digital transformation principles, and possess excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the SAP Platform Modernization project from initiation to completion
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the project, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management
• Identify and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the project
• Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to senior management
• Implement best practices and methodologies for project management

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and French
