We are looking for an experienced IDR (Identity Resolution) Implementation Expert to support large-scale enterprise Customer Identity and Customer 360 transformation
initiatives within the retail domain.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in:
Enterprise Identity Resolution (IDR)
Amperity (preferred) / other IDR tools
Deterministic/ Probabilistic identity graph architecture design and solution implementation
Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
Customer profile stitching
Identity rule definition and validation
Retail / Omnichannel customer data ecosystems
This role will work closely with enterprise data architecture, Martech, analytics, and customer data teams to design and operationalize scalable identity graphs for enterprise-wide customer
unification initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise-scale Identity Resolution (IDR) solutions using Amperity
Configure deterministic identity graphs and customer stitching rules
Setup and manage IDR sandbox environments for validation and testing
Define, tune, and validate identity matching rules across multiple customer data sources
Work with probabilistic and deterministic identity resolution approaches
Analyze identity graph quality, linkage accuracy, and customer match performance
Support customer profile hydration and enterprise Customer 360 initiatives
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Martech, Analytics, and Governance teams
Validate identity graph outputs against business and customer use cases
Support enterprise migration initiatives from legacy identity platforms to modern CDP ecosystems
Participate in architecture discussions for scalable customer identity frameworks
Ensure data governance, compliance, and customer identity quality standards are maintained
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Identity Resolution
Strong hands-on expertise with Amperity
Experience implementing large-scale enterprise IDR solutions
Strong knowledge of deterministic identity graph design
Experience defining and validating identity stitching rules
Experience working with customer domain data in retail enterprises
Understanding of customer profile unification and Customer 360 architecture
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Experience working with identity graphs, linkage models, and profile resolution
Familiarity with enterprise Martech and customer analytics ecosystems
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail or omnichannel customer ecosystems
Exposure to probabilistic identity resolution models
Experience with enterprise data lake and CDP integrations
Knowledge of customer analytics, personalization, and Martech platforms
Experience supporting enterprise-scale migration or modernization programs
