eCommerce Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an eCommerce Product Manager onsite local to the Chicagoland area.

Product Owner - Digital Commerce:
We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a digital commerce platform supporting parts and product sales. This role partners with engineering, UX, operations, and business leaders to create intuitive purchasing experiences while driving revenue, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
* Define the product vision and maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned with business goals
* Gather customer feedback, analyze data, and identify opportunities for new features and enhancements
* Own the product backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and support Agile delivery
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch high-quality features and continuously improve the customer experience
* Drive improvements across search, catalog, pricing, checkout, fulfillment, and post-purchase workflows
* Define requirements for order management, returns, pricing models, promotions, inventory visibility, and payment processes
* Partner with technical teams on integrations with ERP, inventory, accounting, and procurement systems
* Monitor KPIs, product performance, and customer feedback to guide future enhancements
* Communicate roadmap priorities and product strategy to business and executive stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience
* Background delivering digital commerce solutions in either B2B or B2C environments
* Experience managing products from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization
* Strong understanding of commerce operations including pricing, order management, returns, and customer workflows
* Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams
* Ability to define KPIs, analyze product performance, and make data-driven decisions
* Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

Preferred:
* Experience within automotive, heavy equipment, aftermarket parts, or industrial distribution
* Familiarity with commerce platforms such as Magento, Spryker, BigCommerce, or similar enterprise solutions
* Knowledge of ERP and Dealer Management Systems including SAP, CDK, Procede, Karmak, or comparable platforms
* Experience supporting enterprise procurement integrations such as EDI, PunchOut, Ariba, or Coupa
* Understanding of dealer networks, wholesale distribution, inventory replenishment, and OEM ordering processes
* Knowledge of pricing strategies, fulfillment, procurement, or wholesale commerce is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
