In this high-stakes environment, you will bridge the divide between complex mathematical research and hardened production execution. Your mission is to formalize a next-generation trading platform, ensuring that sophisticated quantitative signals are synthesized into resilient, high-performance systems. This role is designed for a technical leader who views infrastructure as a competitive advantage and is capable of driving the "Goal-Execution-Mapping" (GEM) of an elite systematic entity.


Core Technical Objectives

  • Orchestrate Research Infrastructure: Design and deploy the integrated environments required for quantitative researchers to iterate, validate, and scale predictive models from inception to live market impact.

  • Synthesize Market Data Systems: Engineer high-throughput, low-latency pipelines for real-time data ingestion and normalization, ensuring absolute structural alignment across diverse global asset classes.

  • Validate Simulation Platforms: Architect cloud-native experimentation frameworks that allow for large-scale backtesting and feature engineering without introducing computational bottlenecks.

  • Decouple Research and Production: Formalize the boundary between experimental quantitative logic and production-grade software, ensuring mathematical rigor is translated into durable, performant code.

  • Engineer Systemic Resilience: Take end-to-end ownership of critical architectural initiatives, optimizing performance-critical paths in Python and C++ to maintain a superior edge in high-stakes trading environments.

  • Formalize Proprietary Toolchains: Build and deploy the foundational software stacks that will define the firm’s technical DNA as it scales into a premiere independent global entity.

  • Architectural Mastery: You are a high-caliber engineer with a history of building frameworks and infrastructure, not just localized scripts. You possess deep proficiency in the Python ecosystem, supplemented by C++ for performance-critical bottlenecks.

  • Proven Buy-Side Pedigree: You have successfully operated within high-standard environments, such as systematic hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, or elite technology organizations where performance and reliability are non-negotiable.

  • Quantitative Judgment: You possess the technical synthesis required to speak the language of researchers. You understand how data models, signal entropy, and execution mechanics interact to drive systemic success.

  • Strategic Ownership: You operate at a level where you can be delegated massive architectural pillars. With 6–15+ years of experience, you have moved beyond task-level work to become a right-hand technical lead for executive leadership.

  • Academic Rigor: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or an equivalent STEM discipline from a Tier-1 global university.

  • Intellectual Clarity: Exceptional communication skills are mandatory. You must be able to articulate complex technical philosophies and provide clear, high-energy leadership within a fast-moving, collaborative culture.
