Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX Designer in Acton, MA.

Overview:
We are seeking a talented, collaborative UX Designer to help shape high-impact digital touchpoints surrounding our product. This includes the experiences that support customer success-from onboarding flows and customer portals to medical data dashboards and healthcare provider tools.

In this role, you will work on complex design challenges, help define the product experience, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing partners. You will contribute to creating a cohesive, accessible, and empowering end-to-end journey for our users. You will also be part of a close-knit design team that works within a broader, company-wide UX organization. If you are a creative problem-solver who enjoys turning big ideas into intuitive digital experiences, we would love to connect.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design end-to-end web and cross-platform experiences, including onboarding workflows, customer portals, and medical data dashboards
* Partner with product managers and engineers to take projects from discovery through delivery
* Advocate for users by balancing customer needs with business goals and technical feasibility
* Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specs using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Miro
* Incorporate insights from user research and content strategy to inform design decisions
* Apply accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices
* Participate in agile development cycles and product planning
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure consistency across connected platforms and data flows
* Iterate on existing products and help unify fragmented experiences into a cohesive ecosystem

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field preferred
* 3-5 years of experience in UX or Product Design focused on customer-centric digital products
* Strategic and hands-on, with strong problem-solving and execution skills
* Clear communicator who uses visual storytelling to influence stakeholders
* Highly collaborative, customer-centric, adaptable in fast-paced environments, and passionate about continuously improving design craft
* High proficiency in Figma and collaboration tools (Miro, Jira, Confluence)
* Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and execution required
* Experience working in agile environments and solid knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
* Proven success partnering with product managers and engineers
* Bonus: Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms, healthcare or regulated industries, and advanced high-fidelity prototyping
