We are looking for a strategic product leader to guide the vision, planning, and delivery of digital solutions that support a global wellness business in Draper, Utah. This role oversees product direction across e-commerce experiences, partner-facing tools, commission-related capabilities, and connected business systems, while ensuring teams deliver practical, scalable outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, sound product judgment, and the ability to align technology investments with customer experience, operational needs, and business growth.
Responsibilities:
Direct the product management organization, providing leadership to product managers, analysts, designers, operations specialists, and external partners involved in digital delivery.
Shape and refine the product operating approach by establishing clear intake processes, prioritization standards, backlog discipline, and decision-making frameworks tied to measurable outcomes.
Build and maintain a multi-product roadmap spanning online commerce, partner portals, commission and genealogy capabilities, and integrated back-office platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, compliance, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and customer service to identify needs and convert them into well-defined product initiatives.
Act as the key connection point between business teams and technical groups, translating strategic objectives into actionable requirements for engineering and architecture partners.
Communicate roadmap direction, delivery progress, trade-offs, and investment priorities to senior leadership while keeping execution aligned with company goals and performance targets.
Strengthen product delivery practices through effective release planning, sprint rhythm, backlog reviews, and cross-functional coordination that supports predictable execution.
Oversee product relationships for core operational platforms, payment-related systems, and integrations by defining business rules, boundaries, and functional expectations.
Promote automation and AI-driven improvements that streamline processes, improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance the experience for partners and customers.
Ensure product initiatives and vendor-supported work comply with cybersecurity expectations, governance standards, and applicable business controls.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in product management, with significant responsibility for digital platforms and customer-facing business systems.
Proven success leading product teams and managing cross-functional groups in a complex, fast-moving environment.
Strong background in agile product management, including roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative delivery practices.
Experience supporting eCommerce platforms and connected systems such as CRM, payments, partner tools, or operational integrations.
Demonstrated executive leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate strategic product decisions clearly.
Familiarity with direct sales or similar relationship-driven business models where partner and customer experiences are central to growth.
Ability to balance long-term product strategy with near-term operational priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution.
