Description
We are looking for a Producer to support the planning and execution of corrugate and in-store display projects for a client-focused agency team in California. This Long-term Contract position is fully onsite and will work closely with internal partners, engineering contacts, and client stakeholders to keep display programs moving from concept through production and delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong project coordination experience within retail display, point-of-purchase materials, or similar print production environments, along with the ability to manage details, timelines, and communication with confidence.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day coordination of corrugate display projects, ensuring schedules, deliverables, and production milestones stay on track.
Partner with onsite team members and engineering counterparts to align project requirements, technical details, and execution plans.
Manage the development, construction, and shipment of retail display materials from kickoff through final delivery.
Serve as a primary point of contact for both internal teams and client stakeholders, providing timely updates and resolving issues as they arise.
Track project progress, organize documentation, and maintain clear communication across all parties involved in the work.
Support print and display production activities by confirming specifications, timelines, and readiness for deployment.
Help anticipate risks or bottlenecks and take action to keep projects moving efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
Experience in project management or print production, preferably within retail displays, point-of-purchase programs, or comparable environments.
Familiarity with corrugate materials, store displays, contract display builds, or related production workflows.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external clients.
Proficiency with standard office and computer applications, including Microsoft Word and general administrative tools.
Workfront experience is preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation and the ability to consistently work from the office.
