Position Title: ServiceNow Project Manager
Location: Remote (Off-Site, NYC, NY)

Pay Rate: $55/hourly on W2
Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead and deliver complex ServiceNow modernization projects. This fully remote contract-to-hire role involves managing all phases of planning, executing, and delivering ServiceNow implementation and enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, while aligning with business objectives and driving adoption across stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, handling stakeholder communications, and evaluating project success. A strong understanding of technical issues and exceptional planning, scheduling, and communication skills are essential. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to transformative technology initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Top Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow or related technology projects
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience (PMP preferred)
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, develop detailed plans, and execute effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with project scheduling, implementation, and evaluation
