RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in San Francisco, CA is looking for a Product Manager.
Overview:
In this role, you will drive the strategy, design, and implementation of automation and workflow/process improvement initiatives to support operating goals across multiple business teams. You will work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Creative, Product Development, Care Center, Wholesale, Product, and Technology teams across the enterprise. You will ensure workflow implementations and automations meet outcome expectations and will be responsible for training and developing process improvement proficiency for end-users.
Additional Context:
The client is looking for someone who can drive streamline workflows through automation and establishing data governance for attribution. Automating web merchandising is part of that, as well as the creative asset generation (images) and associated attribution.
Duties:
* Increase speed and efficiency of business workflows
* Lead, prioritize and coordinate the roadmap, process maps, data flows
* Own the analysis, requirement gathering, design, documentation, building, and implementation of Airtable functions to meet business needs
* Collaborate with business and technology teams to streamline complex business workflows
* Establish Center of Excellence for Airtable ensuring brand adoption of best practices
* Build Airtable apps to create new workflows, analyze data, and drive insights for leadership
* Design and drive integrations between Airtable and merchandising systems platforms
* Partner with project managers, engineers, and architects to deliver Airtable related projects
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years of experience in related work experience in operations and process improvement
* Workflow Optimization: Experience defining and documenting new workflows, implementing those workflows, and operationalizing, supporting process improvement efforts
* Change Management: Experience with change management efforts and working with business partners to implement process improvement changes
* Experience with ecommerce, specifically around web merchandising and concepts like Product Information Management (PIM), Enterprise DAM (eDAM/Digital Asset Management), Taxonomy, Product Categorization
* Past life as a buyer, planner, merchandiser, sourcing role could add value to success in this role
* Strong expertise in change management, business workflows, and product catalog management is essential
* Strong understanding of workflow automation, data organization, and user adoption
* Demonstrated ability to translate business vision into tactical execution and deliver results
* The candidate should be outcome-focused, possess a keen sense of ownership, and demonstrate effective communication skills across different audiences
* Strong professional business acumen
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Ability to work collaboratively and influence others within a matrix environment
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to develop and foster constructive business relationships and gain their trust
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
