Position: Business Analyst with Marketing

Job Description:

Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for cloud-based marketing platforms.
Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, Funnel Analysis, Attribution Modelling, Conversation Optimization.
Support campaign management, customer journey mapping, and automation workflows within marketing cloud systems.
Perform gap analysis and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and testing of solutions.
Manage data integration, segmentation, and reporting to enable personalized marketing efforts.
Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and optimization of marketing cloud applications.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and governance standards in marketing platforms.
Create documentation, user guides, and training materials to support end-users and stakeholders.
