Job Description: Senior Project Manager SAP S/4HANA Transformation Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) 4 days on-site is mandatory. Duration: 6 18 months contract
Overview
Senior Project Manager to support our ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation within the Studio Finance. This role will play a critical part in planning, executing, and delivering key components of a large-scale ERP modernization effort.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline, deep SAP expertise, and hands-on experience in media and entertainment.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Business, and external system integrators
Drive governance, status reporting, risk management, and executive communications
Identify and mitigate project risks/issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution
Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP solution design
Support change management, user adoption, and go-live readiness activities
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and decision-making forums
Monitor project KPIs and ensure adherence to standards and methodologies

Qualifications
Required

8+ years of project management experience, including leading large-scale ERP implementations
Good understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional, global teams and vendors
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Strong risk management, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred

Experience in media, entertainment, or studio finance
Familiarity with studio business processes (e.g., production accounting, content lifecycle, participations/residuals)
PMP, Agile, or similar certification
Exposure to finance transformation and process optimization initiatives

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $XX-XX per hour.
