RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Sales Operations Business Analyst in Lake Mary, FL.

Overview:
We are seeking an Operations Business Analyst to support business operations, system enhancements, and new product initiatives across agent-facing platforms. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and sales leadership to gather requirements, identify process and system gaps, and ensure successful delivery through testing and user acceptance. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and experienced working within insurance operations environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
* Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from operations, sales, and business development teams
* Identify process inefficiencies, system gaps, and operational risks, translating findings into clear functional requirements
* Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation to guide development work

Testing & User Acceptance:
* Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and validation
* Test new products, enhancements, and operational workflows prior to release, ensuring alignment with business and sales objectives
* Partner with technology teams to ensure issues are documented, prioritized, and resolved prior to deployment

Systems & Platform Support:
* Support and optimize agent-facing portals, including workflows related to submissions, servicing, and internal agent queue management
* Review, contribute to, and validate API documentation to ensure clarity around system integrations and data flows
* Collaborate with internal users to support adoption of new tools and process improvements

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role
* Strong experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, and UAT
* Experience working with agent portals or customer-facing operational systems
* Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* Exposure to the Guidewire platform or Guidewire-powered insurance environments is highly desired
* Property & Casualty insurance background is strongly preferred
* Experience supporting product launches, operational changes, or sales enablement initiatives
* Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and technical documentation

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
