Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Design and implement process improvements using lean and six sigma methodologies.
• Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and process transfers.
• Monitor key process indicators and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including P&IDs, flowcharts, and work instructions.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot complex manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Project management experience in a manufacturing setting
