Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Wyoming seeking Process Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Designing and implementing process improvements and new equipment.
• Conducting root cause analysis for production issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Developing and maintaining process documentation, including P&IDs and work instructions.
• Monitoring process performance and key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful process integration.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of process control systems (e.g., DCS, PLC) and instrumentation.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
• Lean Manufacturing certification or extensive practical experience
