We are hiring an experienced EDI / B2B Integration Analyst to support one of our clients in the health industry, operating within a complex, high-volume Order-to-Cash (O2C) environment. This role is critical in ensuring seamless electronic data interchange across customers, partners, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain EDI transactions (ANSI X12 – 850, 856, 810, 855, 997)
- Configure and support IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi) and related EDI platforms
- Manage onboarding and integration of trading partners (customers, vendors, 3PLs)
- Support communication protocols including AS2, SFTP, and VAN
- Integrate EDI transactions with Oracle EBS (Order Management, AR, Shipping)
- Troubleshoot and resolve EDI failures, mapping issues, and data discrepancies
- Monitor production environments and ensure SLA adherence via ServiceNow or similar tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, warehouse, finance) to support O2C workflows
- Support serialization and compliance initiatives (e.g., TraceLink / DSCSA) where applicable
- Document processes, mappings, and integration workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in EDI / B2B integrations
- Strong experience with IBM Sterling B2Bi (or similar: Gentran, Axway)
- Deep knowledge of ANSI X12 transactions (850, 856, 810, etc.)
- Experience with communication protocols: AS2, SFTP, VAN
- Experience integrating EDI with Oracle EBS (R12 preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Experience working in high-volume, production environments
- Exposure to TraceLink / serialization (DSCSA)
- Experience with middleware tools (ArcESB, CData, APIs)
