Job Description
 
Responsibilities: 
 
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. This includes defining project scope, monitoring deliverable execution, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues, and ensure successful outcomes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, demonstrating influencing and advisory skills. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions by providing solutions that apply across various groups. Master proficiency in Program Project Management is required. Intermediate proficiency in Agentic Design is recommended. Master proficiency in Scope Management, along with intermediate proficiency in Agent Orchestration and AI Agents, is suggested.
      • Lead the planning and execution of complex Enterprise AI initiatives, capabilities, and business use cases.
      • Develop and maintain integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and action items.
      • Coordinate activities across product, engineering, data, operations, and business teams.
      • Facilitate decision-making and drive resolution of cross-functional issues and dependencies.
      • Establish delivery cadences, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and governance activities.
      • Ensure requirements, dependencies, assumptions, and implementation considerations are understood and documented.
      • Support testing, implementation, operational readiness, and post-launch transition activities.
      • Drive accountability and follow-through across stakeholders
