Job Description
Product Strategy Development: Define and develop the product strategy
specifically for energy and demand response solutions, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals, market trends, and customer needs.
Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for
demand response initiatives, detailing features, timelines, and resource
allocation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams,
including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful
development and launch of demand response products.
Market Research: Conduct market and customer research to gather insights on
energy consumption patterns, demand response opportunities, and competitive
landscape.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from
conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards for
demand response solutions.
Customer Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze customer feedback to
continuously improve demand response products and meet user needs.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics,
such as energy savings and customer participation rates, to inform decisionmaking and strategy adjustments.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that demand response products
comply with industry regulations and standards and manage any associated
risks.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales and customer
service teams to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and support demand
response products.
Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and
technologies in energy and demand response to drive continuous innovation and
improvement of the product.
Integration with Energy Aggregators: Develop and manage relationships with
energy aggregators to integrate their services with your product, ensuring
seamless data exchange and operational compatibility.
Utility Company Collaboration: Work closely with utility companies to align
product features with their requirements, facilitate data sharing, and support
grid stability initiatives.
Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations
related to energy aggregation and utility interactions, adapting product features
as necessary to meet legal standards.
Technical Integration: Oversee the technical integration of your product with
energy management systems and utility platforms, ensuring robust and secure
data flows.
Business Case Analysis: Conduct business case analyses to evaluate the
financial and operational benefits of integrating with energy aggregators and
utility companies
