The Work You ll Be Doing\n
In this role, you will:
\n
\n- Serve as the primary contact for assigned aerospace and defense customer accounts
\n- Build strong, trust-based relationships with buyers and engineering teams
\n- Manage projects from PO receipt through final delivery
\n- Ensure parts meet drawing, specification, and contractual requirements
\n- Monitor schedules, priorities, and deadlines across internal departments
\n- Translate customer requirements into clear direction for machining and quality teams
\n- Proactively identify and resolve risks before they impact delivery
\n- Drive on-time delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
\n- Support long-term account growth and repeat business
\n

You will sit at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer communication ensuring alignment and execution across the organization.

While this is not a hands-on machining role, technical fluency is essential. You ll collaborate closely with teams working on:

Machining Capabilities: \n
\n- 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling
\n- Multi-tasking mill-turn machining
\n- Swiss turning
\n- Tight-tolerance aerospace components

\n- ProShop ERP (preferred)
\n- Engineering drawings & GD&T
\n- AS9100 quality processes
\n
\n

Required:

\n- Experience in a CNC machining or precision manufacturing environment
\n- Strong communication and organizational skills
\n- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
\n- Comfortable working with engineers, buyers, and shop-floor teams
\n- Proactive, detail-driven problem solver
\n
\n
Strongly Preferred:
\n
\n- Aerospace industry experience
\n- Project management or program coordination background
\n
\n
Preferred (Not Required):

\n- Engineering degree or technical education
\n- Familiarity with GD&T and technical drawings
\n- ERP / MRP system experience
