The Work You ll Be Doing\n

In this role, you will:

    \n
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned aerospace and defense customer accounts
  • \n
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with buyers and engineering teams
  • \n
  • Manage projects from PO receipt through final delivery
  • \n
  • Ensure parts meet drawing, specification, and contractual requirements
  • \n
  • Monitor schedules, priorities, and deadlines across internal departments
  • \n
  • Translate customer requirements into clear direction for machining and quality teams
  • \n
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks before they impact delivery
  • \n
  • Drive on-time delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • \n
  • Support long-term account growth and repeat business
  • \n

You will sit at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer communication ensuring alignment and execution across the organization.

While this is not a hands-on machining role, technical fluency is essential. You ll collaborate closely with teams working on:

  • 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling

  • Experience in a CNC machining or precision manufacturing environment
  • \n
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Comfortable working with engineers, buyers, and shop-floor teams
  • \n
  • Proactive, detail-driven problem solver
  • \n

Strongly Preferred:

  • Aerospace industry experience
  • \n
  • Project management or program coordination background
  • \n

  • Engineering degree or technical education
