Seeking a Product Owner to support a sales dashboard platform for Home & Auto / Property & Casualty insurance.
This role will work closely with sales leadership, agency managers, business stakeholders, data, engineering, UX/UI, and QA teams to deliver dashboard enhancements, reporting improvements, and data-driven sales insights.
The ideal candidate has Product Owner experience supporting dashboards, reporting platforms, insurance applications, sales analytics, or KPI-driven business tools.
Job Duties:
• Product ownership and delivery of a sales dashboard platform or insurance applications supporting Property & Casualty insurance, preferably agency sales teams.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, agency managers, and business stakeholders to gather business requirements and define product vision and roadmap.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize product backlog items for Agile development teams.
• Have understanding for KPIs including quote volume, bind rates, policy conversion, premium growth, retention metrics, and agent productivity.
• Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, data analytics, and QA teams to develop user-friendly and data-driven dashboard solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage dashboard enhancements and releases based on stakeholder feedback, business priorities, and operational impact.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validated product functionality against business requirements.
• Partner with enterprise data teams to integrate and validate sales, policy, and customer data from multiple systems.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation and real-time analytics capabilities for sales and agency leadership teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on product goals and delivery timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing user feedback, adoption metrics, and reporting performance.
