Description
We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join a team on a long-term contract basis. This position is ideal for a marketing analytics specialist who can turn social and campaign data into clear insights for clients and internal stakeholders. The role focuses on strengthening reporting practices, improving visibility into performance, and helping shape more efficient ways to measure paid and organic social activity. You will contribute to a fast-moving environment where thoughtful analysis and process improvement are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
Examine marketing and social channel data to uncover performance trends, key takeaways, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop clear reporting summaries and dashboard views that communicate results effectively to clients and leadership.
Oversee recurring measurement across multiple campaigns and initiatives, ensuring data is organized, accurate, and useful.
Evaluate both paid media results and organic social engagement to provide a complete view of performance.
Gather data from manual sources, consolidate findings, and translate information into actionable recommendations.
Design more scalable reporting workflows that reduce inefficiencies and support a growing organization.
Provide analytics support for executive LinkedIn presence and broader thought leadership measurement efforts.
Work closely with leadership to identify reporting gaps, surface optimization opportunities, and refine performance strategies.
Recommend improvements to reporting frameworks, automation approaches, and day-to-day analytical processes.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics at a mid-to-senior level, with a strong focus on social media reporting.
Solid knowledge of performance measurement across both paid social campaigns and organic social activity.
Ability to build dashboards and work extensively with spreadsheets and large data sets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and present meaningful business insights.
Experience in an agency, communications, public relations, or other fast-paced marketing setting is preferred.
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify strategic opportunities rather than only executing defined tasks.
Comfort working in an evolving environment where processes and infrastructure are still being developed.
Familiarity with social media platforms, campaign reporting tools, and related data management tasks.
Innovation starts with people.
